Ordering by Phone or Email
If for any reason you would prefer to place your order over the phone or by email, you are welcome to do so.
You can call our helpful and friendly team at The Square Peg between 9am and 5.00pm GMT Monday to Saturday on +44 (0)1546 602445. They will process your order securely and responsibly on your behalf and take credit card payment over the phone.
If you are not happy to provide your credit card details either over the internet or over the phone - and you do not have a PayPal account - it is still possible to shop with us! We will accept a personal cheque*. Contact us to discuss details.
*The Payments Council has agreed to an industry-wide withdrawal of the Cheque Guarantee Scheme from 30 June 2011. This was agreed due to a notable decline in guaranteed cheque usage by UK consumers. We will still accept personal cheques for internt purchases beyond this date, however we will not be able to accept cheques for immediate purchases in our shops from 1 July 2011.
